Just today I pulled in to the McD's drive-through and a lady took my order.
Like usual, I requested a "small coffee with 4 cream, 4 sugar".
She paused and then said, "Excuse me? How much cream and sugar?"
I tried not to laugh as I loudly repeated my order for her (the people inside, and all those in the line behind me) to hear.
I'm guessing she was a "real coffee drinker". ;).
