I read this post today and thought it held such wisdom that I wanted to pass it on.
It's about respecting your husband and taking an interest in what he enjoys.
Nate and I ready to go on a date! I didn't have to cut up anyone's food. ;) |

Politics, Lions & Mexican oh my! (ok, so I haven't taken to the Mexican yet, but I am so thankful that God has graciously given me true enjoyment of Matt's interests -I'd rather go where he goes and do what he does then do my own thing anyday!)
You don't like Mexican??!! Crazy lady! Yes, you do enjoy so much of what Matt enjoys. You guys are a great couple! I can say that the Lord has enabled me to enjoy what Nate enjoys. :) And he's grown our interests together (we like to dream and plan), and that's a wonderful thing!
I love this too. I recently found myself inwardly rolling my eyes while listening to yet another cycling story...but that's a passion of his and I don't think it's going away so I will strap on my bike helmet and climb onboard.
This is great Heidi. Luckily I married a man who enjoys sports because I do as well. I will try to sound more interested in all his fantasy sports because that is his favorite hobby:). I have to give him a lot of credit. He literally has done everything these last few months with little or no complaining since I am stuck on the couch all day like a blob. Works all day and then has do do grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, etc... He's a keeper!
That's great, Katie!
Marie, he definitely sounds like a self-sacrificing man. You are blessed!
Enjoyed that article-- thank you for sharing it!~
Sincerely, Tiffany
