Jonny now sleeps in the new bed. He's super glad to be on a lower bed again. :)
Matthew is on the top (where Jonny used to be) and Tommy is on the bottom (where Matthew used to be).
Jonny and Matthew were excited to have new places to sleep, but Tommy had a hard time with it. Poor kid was a little out of sorts about the whole change, so I laid in bed with him until he fell asleep.
Hopefully he'll get used to this new bed very quickly so bedtime (and naps) can go back to normal. ;)
They don't have a crib in their room anymore. They're growing up.
Wow. That went fast...
p.s. We're not selling the crib, by the way. Praying that, if it's the Lord's will, He'll allow us to set up that crib again in the future. In the mean time, we're enjoying our three growing boys (and one sweet growing girl)!

wow - that WAS fast! Will is still in his crib. Hoping to move Luke into his room this summer and the boys will use the bunk beds then. Parting with cribs is difficult for me! I think I will hold onto ours till I'm 50. ;)
This is the first time in about 8 years that we have not had a crib set up in our house. Sniff, sniff.
Nate said it was time. He's so funny about getting them into a big bed. He's ready when they are close to 2!
I don't think I'll part with our crib for a long time either.
Their room is so organized :) That's not easy with three little fellas sharing it! I love the book shelves on the wall.
Thanks Missy. It's something we work on over and over again! When we redid their room, we got rid of Jonny's small dresser, so now all of his clothes are under his bed in a bin. That's pretty handy and seems to make for less clutter. :)
I love their room! I'm hoping for bunk beds for the boys sometime in the future, but for now it's two race car beds and a crib. Finn will stay in his crib for longer than the others did, as there's no way we'll fit another twin into their tiny room! Also, there's not another little one on the way... yet. Prayerfully soonish... Maybe we'll have #5 close as well????? :-)
Kate, Wouldn't that be neat if we did? I'm praying for contentment in the waiting and even if the Lord never gives us another child. Being content with the Lord's will is hard at times!
